Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities.i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.ii)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01 (One) Number of Similar works of Tk.1.40 Lac in a single contract during last 05 (five) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department, in case of semi- government & autonomous body, the work certificate must be vetted by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 1.50 Lac. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.1.00 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tenderer non-responsive.v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 1.50 Lac.vi)All papers shall have to be up to date according to TDS & PCC of this tender.(vii) Authority preserve all rights to accept or reject all tender without any cause.
