Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Eligibility of Tenderers in respect of legal, technical and financialcapacity stated in tender data sheet (TDS).2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GPsystem with the help of online database system - TDMS.3. Qualification information and evidences (such aswork experiencecertificates, on-going woks list, payment certificates for constructionturnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc. of theTenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in theTDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally withinshort period of time.4. TDMS (Tenderers Database Management System) of RHD isMandatory for each tenderer. Otherwise the tenderer will be consideredas Non-responsive.5. It is mandatory to individually upload the CMS System CompletionCertificates. If Work Done Certificate is uploaded it shall have contractNumber of every contract. It shall be in PDF file.6. Only work is going during the IFT Publication will be considered asongoing work. Otherwise the work will not be considered as ongoingwork and it is required to Upload Notice to Commence. NOA & MoneyReceipt will not be considered as ongoing work. In case of extendedtime, related documents shall be uploaded.7. Up to date Terms & Condition as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006will be followed.NB: 1. The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providinginformation regarding the tender.2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices ofany kind is determined against any Tenderer, then measures shall betaken as per ITT clause 3 of Standard Tender Document.
