Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services; (b) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of Tk. 62.50 lakh of Package-I; Tk 16.50 lakh of Package-II under 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years;(c) Certificate of Bank solvency with minimum amount of Liquid Assets or credit facilities of Tk.71.00 lakh of Package-(I) and Tk 19.00 lakh of Package-(II) (ITT Clause-15.1.a; From PG3-8); (d) Up to date Valid Trade License;(e) Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate;(f) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate; (f) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a Supplier); (g) The certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (h) Original Bank draft/Pay-order/Bank Guarantee of Security Money; (i) All Certificates must be attested by Class- I govt. gazetted officer
