Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i)Tenderer must have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Civil construction/Repair works. ii) Having Specific Experience in Successful completion of at least one (01) Number of Similar kind of works in construction/repair works of Tk 22 Lac in a single (01) contract during last five (05) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 300 Lac, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 20 Lac.Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive. v) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.vi) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.vii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 23 Lac. viii) Tenderer must follow all other tender criteria as per IFT, ITT, TDS, GCC and PCC clauses & submit related documents.
