Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in the main engine/generator engine/thruster/navigation equipment repair/supply and installation.2. The minimum specific experience in main engine/generator engine/thruster/navigation equipment supply and installation/repair as a prime contractor of at least 1 contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 Lac. Bidder shall submit necessary documents in favor of his claim of experience.3. Valid up-to-date trade license certificate.4. VAT Registration Certificate.5. Original Bank solvency certificate.6. The average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 20.00 lac in the last 3 years. 7. The bidder shall use original spare parts in case of replacement. 8. Latest TIN & TAX certificate.9. All other terms and conditions mentioned in STD.10. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk. 28.00 Lac11. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 Lac
