Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings. a) Up to date VAT registrationb) Up to date income tax Certificate.c) Up to date Trade licensed) Nationality Certificate.2. e-GP related certificate to be given The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having valuation of Tk 3.91 Lac in last 5(five) years.3. Minimum liquid asset Should be 4.48 Lac .4. The tenderer must have annual turn over for Tk 4.48 Lac in last 5(five) years.5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7.Authorization letter8. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.9.According to the amendment of PPA-2006 , the tenderer-s quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive.
