  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 contract(s) of the nature, complexity and methods/construction technology] successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15.50 Lacs.4.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 13.26 Lacs over the last 5 financial years.5.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 22.10 Lacs6. The minimum capacity shall be: 16.50 Lacs7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender Upto Date Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT, NID, Authorization Letter.8. Deduction of VAT & IT shall be deducted from bill payment as per NBR instruction.
