  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate.2. Tender Shell be submitted in One stage Two Envelopes Tendering Method (OSTETM) .3. Brand, Model No. with suffix, Manufacturing Country & detail technical specification must be mentioned in the letter headpad with technical offer.3. Bidder must have such type of instrument supply experience in renowned organization and accordingly 02(Two) Nos, of End User's Certificate must be submitted with the technical offer.4. Installation, Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Manual must be submitted along with supply of goods.5. Manufacturer's Test Certificate, Calibration Certificate must be submitted along with supply of the goods.7. Bidder must be responsible for installation & testing of supplied items in the inside of TSPCL by his own expert and show its normal performance for quality certicate.8. 01(one) year free maintenance service with replacement of bad equipments as necessary must be provided be the bidder as warranty coverage and accordingly warranty certificate must be submitted with material. 10% of total billed amount shall be deducted as sccurity money. which shall be refund after successfully jcompletion of 01(one) year warrenty period.9. All document literature, catalogue, data sheet etc must be submitted by the bidder in English language.10. Tenderer must mention Brand & Country of Origin.11. Price quotation should contain unit price of Spectrophotometer12. Detailed as per TDS.
