Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All the tenderers/firms must be registered with CPTU through e-GP portal.2. All individual(s)/firm(s)/ who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm that has been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other government organization.3. PSN form must be fulfilled by tenderer and be submitted (Attached in Section-7). In case of any mismatch from TDS and PCC in tender documents, the qualification criteria mentioned in PSN documents shall govern.4. Contract will be guided by Outsourcing Policy 2025 and other approved rules regarding outsourcing issued by GoB.5. The service charge of contractor must be within 5-10%.Any rate below/above this threshold shall not be acceptable.
