Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.2. Tenderer must have valid and up to date Trade licences, VAT & Up to date Income Tax Certificate.3. Tenderer should have Bank Solvency certificate of minimum 10 (Ten ) lakh Taka as liquid asset or Credit line facilities.4. Tenderer should have minimum average annual turn over of 10 (Ten) lakh taka over the last three years.5. Tenderer-s others requirements are specified in Tender Document, TDS & PCC.6. Tenderers should pay the people according to the Outsourcing Rules- 2025. Any excuse due to less quoted price or lower profit limit will be considered as tenderer incapability and cause the tender to be rejected.
