  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) Years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) Number of similar Works of Tk. 7.00 Lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 20.00 Lakh. Payment certificates must be submitted along by the bidder must be issued from NRB/Tax Office.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line in the format as specified ePW3-7 of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 Lakh5. The Minimum tender capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk. 6.50 Lakh6. The Minimum tender security shall be Tk. 0.25 Lakh.7. In light of instruction of the BPPA circular no. 136 dated 11.10.2018 of the IMED, the pre-work and post-work video and still image of the defined site must have submittes along with the work done bill, also it is mandatory to show the mentioned documents to the high official during their visit.
