Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer have to have-(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the related works shall be 5 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1 contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 8.50 Lakh (Taka Eight Lakh Fifty Thousand);(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 10.50 Lakh (Taka Ten lakh Fifty Thousand) in the last 3 years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 6.00 Lakh (Taka Six Lakh ). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 9.00 Lakh (Taka Nine Lakh ).(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(G) All Other Certificate as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.(H) PWD Special Class/ Combined 1st class /1st/2nd/3rd class Contractors having valid ABC & Supervisory License.(I) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) Years experience for Operation and Maintenance of the lift.(J) The Tenderer shall be the local sole agent/distributor of the exisitng lift manufacturer (Sunny brand) and must submit the supporting documents with authorization latter from manufacturer.(K) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.(L) The bidder must be sole agent of the proposed
