Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderers shall have to submit the following documents with e-Tender:-1. Agents/Distributors of central air-conditioning machineries those who have successfully completed the yearly basis operation, maintenance & servicing of at least 450 Ton capacity York Brand VSD & microprocessor controlled Centrifugal/Screw Chiller for minimum 02 years within last 05 (Five) years and amounting to minimum BDT 18.0 Lakh only in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body in Bangladesh. Experience Certificate and work order must be submitted with tender signed by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent.2. Valid agencyship/distributorship certificate of concerned brand must be submitted with the tender.3. Shall have to submit a list of manufacturer (York) certified training Engineers/Technical staffs of the bidder (Minimum 01 in managerial level and minimum 02 in field level employee of the bidder) (Separate list for management & field level employee). Copy of the certificates must be submitted with tender.4. Shall have to submit a list of tools/equipment ie. Gas recovery machines, vacuum pumps, chemical circulation pumps, welding sets, gas recovery cylinders, puller, related tools and etc. for servicing and maintenance of the system that belongs to the bidder for smooth operation, maintenance and service the equipment-s.5. Current bank solvency certificate.6) Valid trade license7) VAT Registration and TIN Certificate.8) Signed copy of attached terms and conditions (Please see section: 8, Particular Specifications)9) List of qualified manpower of the bidder and full bio-data of the proposed manpower who will be deputed in Biman.10) Duly filled the rate of spare parts (Please see section:8, Particular specifications)
