  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number similar work whose work value at least of Tk. 18 ( Eighteen) lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (Ten) years.c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lac.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 25 lac, which should be submitted by prescribed form of CPTU(PW2a3)e) The Tenderer must possesi) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
