Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents.2. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.3. Tenderer must submit On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) details under all PE's Organization. Hiding On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) will be considered as fraudulent practice and actions will be taken against the associated tenderer according to PPR-2008.4. During tender evaluation, if it is found that, any false information or certificate has been submitted by a tenderer, legal action will be taken by the Procuring Entity against the said tenderer in accordance with Section 64 of Public Procurement Act 2006 and Rule 127 of Public Procurement Rules 2008.
