Country: Bangladesh Description of the Assignment: The IC will provide advisory support to the IBFCR II and GCCF III projects of the UNDP in designing the key outputs, coordinating with the key stakeholders and conducting background research. The consultant will review UNDP's guidelines and frameworkon climate inclusive Public Financial Management, formulate relevant documents for the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) to capture a comprehensive mapping of existing policies, plans and guidelines for producing climate relevant materials.
