Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.(b) The Tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 25,00,000.00 (Bangladesh taka Twenty Five Lakh) under a single contract within last 3 (Three) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The specifice experience certificate must be submitted according to DPHE/CPTU suggested format ( Attached in the Drawing section of the tender).Experience certificate other than the non-government organization must be supported by the following documents :(i) Contact Agreement for the supply.(ii) Evidence of total payment of supply along with Vat & Tax documents(iii)Bill of Entry from customs for the supply with other necessary import documents.(Specific Expereience certifice must be submitted as per CPTU suggested format attached in the drawing and doccument section of the tender doccument. Specific Expereience certifice other than this format will not be accepted(c) The minimum average supply capacity of l Goods of BDT 30.00,000.00 (Bangladesh taka Thirty lakh) per year for last 5 year. (d) The tenderer must provide the CVs of three Service Engineers or Technical Personnel, along with individual certificates issued by the original manufacturer of the Shimadzu Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) for calibration, servicing, and routine maintenance work. These certificates must be issued in the name of each individual and must be valid and up to date.(e) The tenderer must also submit a current and valid Authorization Certificate from the original manufacturer of the Shimadzu Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), authorizing the tenderer to issue Quality Assurance Certificates and provide warranty support for the AAS machine.
