Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the electro-mechanical works.b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work at least Tk.5.00 (Five) Lakh in a Single Contract within last Five (05) years under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 5.00 Lakh.7. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (Macpursa Brand) and should enclose the same certificate with tender document.8. The bidder must have submitted the certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift ( Macpursa Brand ) for the next 01 year.d) The Tenderer must posses:e) The Tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 9 Digit BIN)(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.e) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
