Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:a) General Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the electro-mechanical works.b) A satisfactory completion of Supply and installation of lift and related work of at least Tk.1,80,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty Lakh ) in a Single Contract within last Five (05) years under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5,00,00,000.00 (Five Crore) over the last 5(five) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk 2,10,00,000.00 (Two Crore Ten Lakh). Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as per STD Form PW3.e) The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (MACPUARSA Brand) and should be enclosed the same certificate with tender document.e) The Tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 9 Digit BIN)(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
