Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technicalqualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).2.(A) Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 03(Three)years of general experience of the lift .(B) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completing ofsimilar nature works amounting minimum of Taka 4.00 lakh of Government/Semi Government in a single tender during the last 03 (three) years The aboveexperiences/work certificate for successful completion of similar nature worksshall have to be issued by: (i) In case of the work done under any PWDDivision, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concernedExecutive Engineer. (ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be Executive Engineer PWD ofthat district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.(C) The tenderer must submit a 'Spare Parts Supplier Certificate' of theexisting lift brand on site from the manufacturer. (i) Installation experience ofthe existing lift brand is required.3.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5.00 lakh.inthe last 5 (five) years.4.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2(a)-3of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 lakh.5.
