Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mention below:General experience: Reputed contractors/ firms who have the minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience.Specific experience: Having experiences of successful completion of similar work (Military Equipment/ Military training Equipment/ training equipment for law enforcing agency/ Security & Surveillance Monitoring Works) amounting minimum Taka 240.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Private organization in Bangladesh in a Single contract during the last 05 (Five) years. The Work Completion Certificate of similar works shall have to be issued by: (a) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (b) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done (c) In case of Law Enforcing agencies/Private /Non-Government Organizations, Certificate from the contracting agency and User Satisfaction Certificate issued after the publication of the tender has to be submitted.The Manufacturer of the product must have experience to supply similar product in 10 Reputed Organizations/ Countries internationally. The bidder/concern manufacturer has to provide the list of similar systems in a supplied prescribed metrics given bellow.Remaining conditions are stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) ITT Clause 15
