Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a)Tenderer shall have valid trade license, TIN certificate, VAT certificate, and updated Income Tax Certificate/TaxReceipt.(b) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.(c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods or spare parts in Govt/Semi-govt/Autonomous organization of minimum 55(Fifty five) Lakh under a maximum of 03 (Three) contracts within the last 02 (Two) years amounting less than BDT 15 (Fifteen) Lakh under a single contract shall not be considered and which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser dully signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System].(d) The tenderer shall have minimum BDT 65 (Sixty Five) Lakh amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer-s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender.
