Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer :(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Supply, Insta lation, Testing and Commissioning of Medical Oxygen Supply shall be 5 (Five) years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in the Installation of a minimum 20 (twenty) nos Liquid Oxygen Tank (VIE) each with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 11,000,000 (One Crore Ten Lac) only over the last 05 (Five) financial years .(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 29.00 (Twenty Nine) lac.(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be: 2,000,000 (Twenty Lac) only.(f) The Bidder should have its own Liquid Oxygen Manufacturing Facilities for Medical Liquid Oxygen System.(g} Up to date valid Trade license.(h) Up-to date ABC Electric license and supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.(i) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.(j) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.(k) Up to date ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Certificate.
