Project Name : Manufacturing & Supply of Furniture.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Valid Trade License (Up To Date) and Departmental Licence(Up To Date)Income Tax Clearance Certificate(Up To Date) & VAT Registration Certificate(Up To Date)Tenderer shall have minimum liquid asset i.e: working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 6.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PG3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency/Statement certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk. 5.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).The Qouted Rate must be relevant to the market price. The tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to the Analysis of PWD schedule of Rates. Otherwise the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).Satisfying other criterion laid in the TDS.Winner tenderer should provide the tender security and performance guarantee from the same bank.If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018.If his previous work is not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time then the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
