Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. A minimum number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services shall be 05 (Five) Years.2. Valid Trade License (up to 2024-2025)3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2023-2024 or Up to Date (Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted), & VAT Registration Certificate.4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 86.400 lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form Form PG3-8 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate & Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.5. The minimum Specific experience as supplier in supply of Goods (Furniture item) of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 75.600 Lakh .(N.B: Copy of work order & completion certificate must be submitted to support of fulfiling the requirement). (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).6. Resonable Analysis of rate must be sumitted. Rate should be compatible to the market price. Satisfying other criterion laid in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents.7. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained .Annual Production Capacity (110*5=550) of supply works.8. Payment will be as per Availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within stipulated time.Note: His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
