Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This IFT is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:(a). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer to manufacture wooden and steel furniture works shall be minimum Five (05) years.(b). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature of works, (Wooden & Steel furniture) i.e. any Wooden & Steel furniture manufacture successfully completed within the last Five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 8.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.In case of work done any Govt./Semi-Govt organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.(c). The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.00 Lac for within the last five (05) years.(d). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 8.00 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.(e) Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e- BIN Registration Certificate(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS & PCC of tender documents.
