Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supplying and manufacturing of at Least (1) One contract of similar nature (supplying and manufacturing of furniture) from Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of BD successfully completed within the last (05) five years in a single Work order of minimum value at least Tk. 6.00 lakh.2. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutinizing of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.3. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR-2008 Rule-127(1,2,3).4. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.5. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED and other Departments without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.6. Tenderer must submit realistic rate analysis of his/her quoted rate.7. The tenderer must have minimum 03(Three) years general experience in manufacturing and supplying of furniture of any government /semi government/autonomous organization in Bangladesh.(along with work order & completion certificate should be enclosed).Minimum three completion certificate must be enclosed
