Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. A minimum number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services shall be 05 (Five) Years.2. Valid Trade License (up to 2024-2025)3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2023-2024 or Up to Date (Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted), & VAT Registration Certificate.4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 7.000 lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form Form PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate & Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.5. The minimum Specific experience as supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.4.000 Lakh (N.B: Copy of work order & completion certificate must be submitted to support of fulfiling the requirement). (years counting backwords from the Tender Publication Date).6. Resonable Analysis of rate must be sumitted in case of excessive less quote.If rate not be compatible to market rate,tender will be non responsive.
