Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid trade Licence Up to date.2. VAT registration certificate.3. Up to date income Tax certificate.4. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) facilities of the Tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of Tk 13.00(Thirteen) Lakh in the form of e-PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work single Tender ID.6. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Furniture supply work (similar nature of work) of Taka 7.00 (Seven) Lakh in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous organization within last five years (from the date of IFT).7. Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet of the tender document.8. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.9. The quoted rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD schedule of Rate 2022, if quoted rates are exclusive above/less than the tenderer must submit detail analysis of his quoted rate by mentioned rate (Wood and M.S angle).In analysis, Rate must follow: Minimum rate must be (As per the attached Current Market Rate) : Wood rate 2300 tk per CFT, M.S angle Rate 110 TK per KG. if this 2 Items (Wood & MS Angle) rate is given less than the mentioned rate the tender will be Non-Responsive according to PPR 2008 Rule 98(23). The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
