Eligibility of Tenderer : Up to date renewed Trade License (2024-25)New VAT Registration Certificate (BIN)In came Tax Clearance Certificate (2023-24) with Acknowledgement slip.Photo Copy of National ID Card.Minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience.If the Tenderer quoted price is excessively less than the estimated price, than the Tenderer will be technically non-responsive and TEC committee decission is final in this regards.Which Bidder past performane hsd not satisfactory in PE's Organization is directly Non-Responsive.Any False/ Fake or Incorrect Information if found in submitted documents which bidder consider Non-Responsive.If Bidders submitted Specification other than the BOQ's Specification TEC committe dicision will be final regards this matters.If any complecity or mistake foud in eGP Schedule in after evaluation it will solve by the approved BOQ/ Estimate and specificaiton and direction of the Engineer in charge.
