Eligibility of Tenderer : As per TDS,PCC & ....1)Admired VAT will be minimum 15% or more & Admired Income Tax will be upto 7% or more as per Govt Policy.2)Tenderers must have similar nature of experience of Furniture supply (Made of Mehogoni Wood and MS Angle Bar) only in Govt., Semi Govet. or Autonomous Educational Institutions of minimum tk 13.00 lac with in last 5(Five) years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).3)The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments is Tk. [16.00 lac] (in case of Bank Statement it must be after IFT Date)4)Tenderer must submit with its e-Tender the following documents:a) Up to date EED License Book.b) Similar Nature Experience certificate.c) Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, trade license certificate & National ID.5)Minimum Performance Security will be 10% to 25% of the total contract price, If the quoted rates are significantly Less/Above than the official estimated cost/current market price the PERFORMANCE SECURITY will be at least 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2). In case quoted rate is over then ± 5% then the bidder must submit the rate analysis. If the analysis found beyond the market price, the TEC Comittee decision will prevail.6)The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.7. Furniture Works(Wood Part) must perform in School(Educational Institute) and all other work must perform as per the updated drawing
