Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed Prime Contractors/Sub-Contractors/Authorized Agents who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the works/supply of electrical goods and related services.B) Satisfactory completion of Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Making Digital Video related works not less than Tk. 19.60 Lakh (Nineteen Lakh Sixty Thousand) only in Two work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private of Bangladesh within last 5 (five) years.i. In case of work done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.ii. In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/Private other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (owner/client/ user for Private Org.) and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.C) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets of the Tenderer shall be Taka 20.00 Lakh in the form of Letter of Commitment for Banks- Undertaking for Line of Credit not earlier than twenty eight (28) days of deadline for submission of Tender.D) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20.00 Lakh in the last 5 years.E) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter must be submitted for the important BOQ itemsF) Following documents must be submitted: Up to date valid Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), Income tax clearance from the NBR with TIN.G) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender doc (Section 2, 4, 6 & 8)
