Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer must have experience of satisfactory completion of maintenance works of plant & machineries of minimum BDT 85,00,000.00 (Eighty Five Lakh Taka) in any power plant of capacity not less than 100 MW under maximum 02 (two) nos. of contract within last 05 (five) years.b) The Tenderer must have specific experience of satisfactory completion of Overhauling / Rotor transportation works of Generator of Capacity not less than 100 MW within last 05 (five) years.c) The tenderer can bid on the basis of experience, resource/specialized manpower deployment, and/or technology transfer from a foreign associate/partner. In that case,only foreign partner (firm) experience will be considered as the experience of the tenderer.d) The required average annual construction turnover of the tenderer shall be greater than Tk 1,00,00,000/- (One crore Taka) over the last 03 years.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments, of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1,20,00,000/- (One Crore Twenty Lakh Taka) on or after the date of publication of IFT.f) The tenderer must have a valid license from the "Department of inspection of factories and establishments, Bangladesh" as per Bangladesh Labour law 2006.Note-1: Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.Note-2: The Tenderer must submit certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Only NOA / Contract Agreement / PO / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
