Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1)The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor : A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. boundary wall construction works/retaining wall construction works/building construction works of Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization at least Tk. 65,00,000.00 (Sixty Five Lakh) under a single (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT.2) The minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 55,00,000.00 (Fifty Five Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT.3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh).4) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lakh).5) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site of the Thakurgaon PBS HQ Complex & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
