Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should have recent enlistment inclusion from PGCL or enlistmentcertificate from any other company of Petrobangla under 1.3 or 1.4 or both categories asgas pipeline contractor.2. The Tenderer should have minimum specific experience in Gas Regulating and MeteringStation construction/maintenance works of at least one(1) contract successfully completedwithin the last ten(10) years, each with a value of at least Taka Three lac fifty thousand(3,50,000.00).3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than taka fourteenlac (14,00,000.00) over the best five (5) years in the last (10) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderershall be Taka Three lac (3,00,000.00) issued by the bank not earlier than twenty eight (28)days prior to day of the original deadline for submission of tenders.
