Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer shall have minimum number 03 years of overall experience.b) The minimum specific experience as a contractor in maintenance & servicing work of minimum 270 RT VRF Air Conditioning system (Daikin) & split type AC at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12 Lakhs in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies.c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 Lakhs. d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.e) Tenderer have to submit (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate, iv) Authorization letter from manufacturer / authorized distributer of Daikin.f) Other required documents and conditions shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be submitted and fulfilled by the tenderer.g) j) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and PPR-2025.
