Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shal be 3 (Three) years.(2)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works under public sector shal be at least in a single 1 (one) contract successfuly completed within the last 3 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. =15,00,000.00 (Fifteen lakh) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(3) Tenderer must submitted specific experience work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shal be furnished with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy/Manual work order & payment certificates, otherwise Tenderer wil be considered as Non-Responsive.(4) The required average annual construction turnover shal be greater than Tk. =18,00,000.00 (Eightteen Lakh) only over the last 03 years.(5) TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shal be Tk. =15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only.(6) The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk.=15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) only.Special Instruction: (i) Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, TIN, Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025). otherwise Tenderer wil be considered as Non-Responsive.
