Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :(A) Reputed Government contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Servicing, Maintenance & Operation of Lifts work.(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk.6.50 (Six point five) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 05(five) years amounting of Tk. 05.50 (Five piont Five) Lakh only.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 4.00(Four) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work only.E)The Tenderer shall have a minimum Tender capacity 8.00 (EightLakh).(F) Up-to dated Income Tax Clearance,Trade License and VAT Registration ,ABC category & Supervisory licence.Certificate.H)The Tenderer shall be the local sole agent/ disributor of the Wittur (Germany), Orona (Spain), MacPuarsa (Spain), Movi (ltaly) or equivalent rnanufactured ancl tested in JAPAN / Eti countries / LlK / [lSA; provided the lift manuf'acturing company shall have lill rnanuthcturing capability manul-acturing experience in their own factory lor a period olnot less than 40 years. I) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift ( ORONA ) for the next 01(one) year shall be submitted with the tender.
