Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Servicing, Maintenance & Operation of Lifts work.(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk.1.80 (One point Eight) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years.(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 05(five) years amounting of Tk. 1.50 (One piont Five) Lakh only.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 1.20(One piont Two) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work only.E)The Tenderer shall have a minimum Tender capacity 2.2 (Two piont Two).(F) Up-to dated Income Tax Clearance,Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate.(G) Up-to dated ABC category & Supervisory licence.H) The tenderer must have sole distributorship certificate and spare parts supply assurance certificate from the lift manufacturercompany such as OTIS (USA / Japan / France), KONE (Finland), MITSUBISHI (Japan), Schindler (Switzerland ), TKE (Germany),FUJITEC (Japan), HITACHI (Japan) or equivalent product manufactured and tested in FINLAND / FRANCE / GERMANY / JAPAN/ SWITZERLAND / UK / USA.
