Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Disel Generator related services as Supplier shall be [3] years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Generator maintenance and servicing works under public sector of at least 1 contract of same nature successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5 Lakh.c) Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:1. Bank Statement/Credit commitment/Bank Gurantee for minimum liquid assests of cash flow 6 Lakh.2. Updated VAT, Trade licence.3. Update Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Assessment Year 2023-24)4. Authorization letter from Manufacturer.5. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (from e-PG3-4) must be furnised clearly by providing Country of Origin, Brand & Model name and Detail Technical Specifications of the product.6. ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
