Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Bidder should be a Nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP)/Nationwide Telecommunication Transmission Network (NTTN) licensed entity recognized by Bangladesh Tele-Communication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) and have minimum 3 agreement with (NTTN). In case of ISP, they must be a member of the Internet Service Provider Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB).2. The Bidder must have an up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate, ISO certificated (at least 2021-2022), and VAT/BIN certificate and basic membership certificate.3. The Bidder shall have a minimum of 05 year's specific experience in the supply installation/implementation of internet connectivity and related services to Government Organizations (including semi-government and autonomous bodies)/ Financial Institutions.4. The Bidder must have at least two contracts of providing similar work (Internet Bandwidth/Data Connectivity in any Government Education Organization.5. The bidder must have the experience of similar work of 50 (Fifty) Lac under a single contract in the last two years.6. The minimum number of connectivity under a single contract in the last five years is 100 locations/branches. The Bidder must submit the certificate as documentary evidence.7. The Bidder must have an annual turnover of an average of 01 (one) crore in the and last three years.8.Bidder must have the 03 years audit Report.
