  • Expression of Interest are invited for Logistics and Disaster-and-Climate-Related Risk Analysis and Prioritized Interventions The Objective of this Assignment is to Develop a Deep Understanding of Specific Commodities Supply Chain Disaster-and-Climate-Related Risk Analysis and Propose a Prioritized Set of Interventions to Increase Resilience. The Assignment will Focus on the following Commodities: (I) Garments, (Ii) Jute and Jute Products, (Iii) Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, and Betel Leaves, and (Iv) Cement Clinker. More Specifically, this Assignment Will: (1) Perform a Deep Dive Analysis of the Logistics Chains of Selected Products; (2) Identify the Main Logistics Bottlenecks and Extreme Weather Events that Create These Bottlenecks; (3) Identify Logistics Infrastructure and Policy Gaps/Issues Needed to Make the Movement of These Products More Efficient and Disaster-Resilient; And (4) it will then Develop Actionable Recommendations (Relating to Logistics Infrastructure, Services, and Policy) in Light the Identified Gaps.
