  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : a) The tenderer shall have all legal documents such as Updated Trade License, Latest Income Tax Clearance certificate or Acknowledgement of Income Tax Return slip, VAT Registration Certificate etc.b) The tenderer shall have experience, financial solvency and fulfillment of the Activity schedule as required in the Tender Document.c) After accomplishing the tender opening process. If TEC is unable to download the important documents of the tender/s which consequently affects the tender evaluation process or creates ambiguity; then, TEC may treat the said tender/s as non-responsive.
  Brief Description of assignment : Load testing of crane, forklift and other lifting devices and Calibration of different measuring tools under supervision of workshop zone-B division of APSCL.
  Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required : a) The service provider/tenderer and instpectors should be DIFE (Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments) approved.b) Inspection and calibration of the measuring tools, equipment and the digital weighing scale should be performed at an accredited lab. Digital scale should have BSTI/Equivalent approval seal after the test. All expenses for the handling, transportations, manpower etc. of the equipment to be borne by the tenderer.c) Inspection and Working Load Limit (WLL) test of the wire rope slings Bow shackles, Eye bolts, Lifting ...
