Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1.The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registrationcertificate, incomeTAX clearance certificate.2. NID, Ownership Certificate3. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement(minimum 72 lakh taka should be available till theday before the tender) / Attested copy of Liquid Asset of 72 lakh taka submitted in Standard Format e-PG3-8 according to ITT clause 28.4. The minimum specific experience at District Police as Supplier in supply of at least 1 (one)similar contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, with avalue of at least Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) lakh.5. Samples of high quality domestic Lentil (sealed in a white bag and signed by the contracting organization in a 1kg poly pack) should be submitted to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Dinajpur before the scheduled time of opening of the EGP tender.6. The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigningany reason.7. Tenderer shall be provided the 500 grams of lentil sample ( Every 10 grams should must contain minimum 600 grains) as sample should be submitted (Supply) to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Dinajpur before the scheduled time of opening of the EGP tender and received acknowledgement copy as proof.
