Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Updated copy of valid trade license. 2. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate. 3. Updated vat registration certificate. 4. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement. 5. A certificate of ownership of the company or Organization. 6. Citizenship certificate or national identity card copy. 7.Three years work experience with police certificate.8. Tenderer must submit a sample of 1 kg of high quality lentils in a transparent jar before the tender opening.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : High quality, small-sized masoor dal (red lentils) must be supplied. There must be six hundred pieces (grains) of dal in ten grams of masoor dal. The masoor dal must boil/cook within 15-20 minutes. Must be supplied in transparent packets of 3.5 kg, 4.00 kg, and 5.5 kg sizes. The contractor shall submit 1 kg of masoor dal in a transparent plastic jar before the tender opening.
