Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in anybusiness works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least1 (one) Construction in a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years of avalue of at leastTk.1.00 (One) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ AutonomousOrganization of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1.5 (One point five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from thedate of publication of IFT.d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in thePW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 1.00 (One) Lac.e) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 1.00 (One) lac. The Tenderer mustsubmit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.f) The Tenderer must have Up-to-date Trade license, Vat RegistrationCertificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearence Certificate.g) Vat shall be deducted from the Contractors bill using the current NBR rate.h) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of e-Tender ducumentmust be fulfiled.
