- Project Name : Development, Beautification and Environmental Conservation Work of Gacha Khal at Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) Area of Gazipur District to mitigate the climate change effects.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document.b) Any individual (s) firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions ofthe Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM).c) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 " for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.d) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.e) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form PW2a-3) without alteration.
