Project Name : Implementation of essential incomplete work of PFD, HEF, IFM, HRD and SWPMM
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of similar natures of Land Development Work successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 225.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 350.00 (Three Hundred and Fifty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) Lac.5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk. 220.00 (Two Hundred and Twenty) lac.6. In case of JVCA, the minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JVCA shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS.7.
