Project Name : Construction of Tourism Centre at Hatiya and Nijhum Dwip, Noakhali(2nd revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant :A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(One) contract of Site Development Work successfully completed within the last 10(Ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 Lakh (Forty Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 75.00 Lakh (Seventy five Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) financial years or best 5(Five) years in the last 10(Ten) financial year. Payment certificates must be submitted along with the tender in favor of construction turnover.D) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 25.00 Lakh (Twenty Five Lakh) Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tend...
