Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers shall have the legal documents: (a) Valid Trade License (b) TIN Certificate (c) BIN CertificateAcknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2023-2024.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 contract of Land Development/earth-filing works successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (BDT Two Crore only). The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 7,60,00,000.00 (BDT Seven Crore and Sixty Lakh only) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,30,00,000.00 (BDT One Crore and Thirty Lakh only). The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 2,80,00,000.00 (BDT Two Crore and Eighty Lakh only)...
